Gangtong International Overseas Warehouse’s Statement on Intellectual Property Rights of Customers’ Goods

In order to use the overseas warehousing and logistics services provided by the overseas warehouse, the customer will sign a service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement") with the overseas warehouse, and the customer will deliver goods or packages to the overseas warehouse. If the goods delivered by the customer to an overseas warehouse are suspected of infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party, the customer may be subject to infringement claims or lawsuits from the intellectual property right holder or buyer; the relevant goods may be detained or confiscated by the customs of the exporting or importing country, and the customer may be fined; if a crime is constituted, the customer may be held criminally responsible according to law.
